Gigabyte RTX 4070 may have multiple memory options
A game bundle registration website lists unannounced RTX 4070 models.
We have been notified by one of our readers that Gigabyte is now listing 6 new models that have not been announced yet. More interestingly, this is the RTX 4070 non-Ti SKU that we are talking about, which is set to launch in the couple of weeks.
According to the page, Gigabyte expects three different memory configurations for RTX 4070: 10GB, 12GB and 16GB. However, this is almost certainly not the final product lists, as it still shows even the RTX 4080 12GB model that was cancelled.
The page lists the following products:
- Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 AORUS Master 12GB (GV-N4070AORUS M-12GD)
- Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 AORUS Master 12GB (GV-N4070AORUS M-12GD)
- Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 EAGLE OC 12GB (GV-N4070EAGLE OC-12GD)
- Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 GAMING OC 10GB (GV-N4070GAMING OC-10GD)
- Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 GAMING OC 12GB (GV-N4070GAMING OC-12GD)
- Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 GAMING OC 16GB (GV-N4070GAMING OC-16GD)
This is a game bundle giveaway started last month, and it will last until late February, so it is very likely that the page shows earlier SKU that were now cancelled. So, the memory specs aside, the only new information here is that Gigabyte expects RTX 4070 non-Ti SKU soon.

The latest information on RTX 4070 is that this model is feature 12GB GDDR6X memory across 192-bit memory bus. This is the same memory configuration as RTX 4070 Ti.
One should note that NVIDIA is planning multiple variants based on PG141 board, though. It is very likely that Gigabyte’s information is simply referring to many of these variants that have now been dropped.
