This anime RTX 4090 GPU is a fan project
The graphics card we reported on a few days ago is not an official build by GALAX.

Turns out, the GALAX RTX 4090 graphics card inspired by the anime series called Eighty Six is not a real product. The card was confirmed to be a fan made project completely from scratch, and yes, this means everything: new shroud, backplate, I/O bracket. In fact, not only was the card completely modified, the author had even designed a custom packaging for a card.
The original card was indeed manufactured by GALAX, but it was still the same RTX 4090 Boomstar model that anyone can buy. Modder took it apart, painted and added custom elements, entirely changing how it looks.

We typically see customizations ending at this point, but this modder went further. A full packaging design was invented based on the official NVIDIA trademark and packaging guidelines, making it impossible to distinguish from a typical retail product. The user uses official fonts and logos from NVIDIA, GALAX and even the HDMI consortium.

The RTX 4090 Vladilena card is fruit of an outstanding work from a modding community, but also a lesson for us never to assume that just because something has a box, it is a real product.
